Fidessa group plc 24 March 2014 Fidessa group plc ("Company") 2013 Annual Report and Notice of 2014 AnnualGeneral Meeting On 17th February 2014 the Company announced its preliminary results for theyear ended 31st December 2013. The preliminary announcement contained theinformation required by the Disclosure and Transparency Rule 6.3.5. Today the Company has published its 2013 Annual Report and Accounts togetherwith a Notice of 2014 Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy. Copies ofthese documents will shortly be available on the Company's website,www.fidessa.com. These documents have also been posted to shareholders today. In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, copies of the 2013 Annual Report andAccounts, Notice of 2014 Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy will today besubmitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available athttp://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
