Change of Registered Office and mailing of notification of Annual Financial Report

Stobart Group ('Stobart' or 'the Group'), announces that it has changed its registered office to  Stobart Group, Isabelle Chambers, Route Isabelle, St Peter Port, Guernsey. 

In addition the Group announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 28 February 2009 is now available on the Company's website: www.stobartgroup.com.

Stobart Group announced its Final Results on 12 May 2009 in accordance with the financial reporting obligations of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of Annual General Meeting in respect of the financial year ended 28 February 2009 are available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's document viewing facility situated at the Financial Services Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS telephone 020 7066 1000.
