In accordance with AIM Rule 17 the Board of IPSO announces that Craig Rochford, Executive Chairman of the Company, has informed the Company that, on 5 October 2011, Arka Technologies Limited and The Magnetic Connection Company Limited, companies of which Craig Rochford is a director, were placed into creditors voluntary liquidation.
