Swallowfield PLC19 December 2006 Swallowfield plc ("the Company") TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS In accordance with the transitional provisions of the Disclosure andTransparency Rules, the Company would like to notify the market of thefollowing: The Company's issued share capital comprises 11,256,416 ordinary shares of 5peach. All of the ordinary shares have equal voting rights and none of theshares are held in treasury. The total number of voting rights is, therefore,11,256,416. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculatingwhether or not they are required to notify any interests or changes in interestsin the Company, as required by the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
