The Company announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held on Wednesday, 31 March 2021 at 11.30 am, at Clay Farm Drive, Cambridge, CB2 9BX where the Chairman will be present. The Company's shareholders will be contacted with confirmation of how to attend the AGM and submit their votes by proxy.
