Announcement of results of the Annual General Meeting The Annual General Meeting of the Company was held today and all resolutionswere passed.At the meeting the Chairman informed shareholders present that the net assetvalue of the Company's shares, including investments at market value, had risenfrom 86.4p per share at the Company's year-end, 30th June 2005, to 96.2p pershare at 26th September 2005.
