AGM Statement

Having entered a new phase of the Company's history and reporting strong results for 2006 we believe an update is now appropriate not least as an indication of our determination to drive every aspect of the business forward, but also to keep shareholders as informed as we are able.

The Board, following the results for the year ended 31 December 2006, set some challenging targets for 2007. I am pleased to inform you that we have continued to make good progress and to date we are trading in line with management's expectations.

The Board views the year with confidence and a fuller update will be published with the Interim results.
