Associated British Engineering PLC12 October 2007 At the Annual General Meeting of Associated British Engineering PLC today, theChairman, David Brown, made the following announcement; "After an exceptional year in 2007 the current trading at its operatingsubsidiary British Polar Engines Limited remains profitable, but the operatingprofits are unlikely to reach last year's level."
