Swallowfield plc is pleased to announce that all of the resolutions presented by the Board to members were duly approved at today's AGM. Following consultation with major shareholders the Board withdrew Resolution 9, set out in the Notice of AGM sent to Shareholders on 7 October 2009 and which related to the disapplication of pre-emption rights, ahead of the meeting.
