RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Board of Fletcher King plc (the "Company") announces that, at the annual general meeting of the Company held on 12 September 2008, all of the resolutions considered and voted upon were approved.

Copies of the resolutions were included within the Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 April 2008 submitted to the UK Listing Authority on 3 September 2008.
