AGM Result
Bluebird Energy plc ("Bluebird" or "the Company") announces that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held today Resolutions 1, 3-9 were duly passed. David Bramhill did not offer himself for re-election as a director and therefore Resolution 2 was withdrawn and David Bramhill has stepped down as Executive Chairman with immediate effect.
The chairman of the AGM thanked Mr Bramhill for his contribution to the Company and wished him well in his other endeavours.
