AGM Statement and Change of Name of Nominated Adviser

The Board of OAS today announces that all resolutions proposed were duly passed at the Annual General Meeting held yesterday at 17 Hanover Square, London W1S 1HU. 

In addition, the directors wish to announce that, following an internal re-organisation, the name of the Company's nominated adviser has changed from Zimmerman Adams International Limited to ZAI Corporate Finance Ltd with immediate effect.
