Admission to the Official List and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange

InnovaDerma PLC (the "Company"), a UK developer of 'at-home' and clinically-proven treatments for hair loss, hair care, self-tanning and skin rejuvenation today announces that its entire issued share capital consisting of 10,318,535 ordinary shares of €0.10 each (the "Ordinary Shares") will today be admitted to the standard segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the Main Market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange (together "Admission"). Dealings are expected to commence at 8:00 a.m. under the TIDM code "IDP" (ISIN: GBOOBT9PTW34). The Ordinary Shares already trade under the TIDM code "MLIDP" on the Marché Libre operated by Euronext Paris SA. It is the Company's intention to delist its Ordinary Shares from the Marché Libre.

The Prospectus and Supplementary Prospectus published by the Company on 25 July 2016 and on 2 September 2016, respectively, in connection with this Admission can be found on the Company's website at www.innovadermaplc.com.
