European Goldfields Ltd30 December 2005 For Immediate Release 30 December 2005 European Goldfields Limited ("the Company") Additional Listing Application has today been made to the London Stock Exchange for 425,000 commonshares without par value in the Company to be admitted to trading on AIM. Thesecommon shares are being issued following the vesting of Restricted Share Unitspreviously granted and announced in 2005 under the Company's Restricted ShareUnit Plan.
