Peel Hotels PLC06 August 2007 Peel Hotels plc ("the Company") Exercise of share options The Company announces that options to subscribe for 16,000 new ordinary shareshave been exercised by two employees of Peel Hotels plc. Application has been made for the 16,000 new ordinary shares issued inconnection with the exercise of share options to be admitted to AIM. It isexpected that admission will take place on 10th August 2007.
