Anglo-Eastern Plantations PLC17 July 2006 ADMISSION OF SECURITIES TO LISTING ANGLO-EASTERN PLANTATIONS PLC ALLOTMENT OF SHARES PURSUANT TO EXERCISE OF SHARE OPTIONS On 14 July 2006 22,400 ordinary shares of 25p each were allotted with effectfrom 21 July 2006 fully paid to employees who exercised share options granted tothem in accordance with the terms of the Schemes. Application has been made for the 22,400 new ordinary shares to be admitted tothe Official List of the UK Listing Authority and for admission of thesecurities to trading on the London Stock Exchange.
