BowLeven Plc30 July 2007 Application has been made for the admission of an additional 3,637 shares of 10peach in the capital of BowLeven to trading on AIM in connection with BowLeven'sacquisition of FirstAfrica Oil Limited (formerly FirstAfrica Oil PLC). Theseshares are being allotted in satisfaction of certain debt which becameconvertible by reason of the acquisition. The shares will rank pari passu withthe existing ordinary shares. In conformity with the Transparency Directive, following admission of theseshares BowLeven's issued share capital will consist of 74,523,586 ordinaryshares with a nominal value of 10p each.
