Intertek Group plc 12 August 2008 Block listing of Ordinary Shares of 1p each Application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and The London StockExchange for block listings totalling 150,000 Ordinary shares of 1p each totrade on The London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to The Official List uponissuance. The shares shall rank equally with the existing issued shares of theCompany.
