Avon Rubber PLC21 August 2006 Application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and the London StockExchange for a block listing of 100,000 Ordinary shares of £1.00 each under theCompany's Inland Revenue Approved Sharesave Option Scheme 2002, to trade on theLondon Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List upon issuance.
