Premier Asset Management PLC28 March 2007 Premier Asset Management PLC (the "Company" or "Premier Asset Management") Additional Listing The Company announces that 40,000 new Premier Asset Management ordinary sharesof 10p each (the 'New Ordinary Shares') have been issued and allotted upon theexercise of share options. The Company purchased 15,000 of the New Ordinary Shares on 28 March 2007 and,following this purchase, there are 88,781 ordinary shares held in Treasury. Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to tradingon AIM, a market of the London Stock Exchange. Following the purchase by theCompany and the admission to trading of the New Ordinary Shares, Premier AssetManagement will have 15,226,430 ordinary shares of 10p each in issue, excludingthe 88,781 ordinary shares held in Treasury.
