Hydro International PLC01 October 2007 HYDRO INTERNATIONAL plc ("the Company") ADDITIONAL LISTING The Company announces that pursuant to the terms of its UK Executive ShareOption Scheme, options over 20,000 ordinary shares of 5p each have beenexercised on 28 September 2007 by individuals who are neither Directors norpersons discharging managerial responsibility. Application has been made for 20,000 shares to be admitted to AIM. The shareswill, upon issue, rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of theCompany.
