Pursuant to the Tribal Group plc Savings Related Share Option Scheme, application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for 20,033 ordinary shares of 5p each to be admitted to the Official List.
These shares rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company and dealings are expected to commence on 10 February 2014.
