Additional Listing

A blocklisting application has been made to the Irish Stock Exchange and to the UK Listing Authority for 600,000 Ordinary Shares of nominal value of €0.12 each ("Shares") in the capital of IFG Group plc to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to the Official List of the Irish Stock Exchange and application has been made to the Irish Stock Exchange and the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted to trading.

600,000 Shares will be allotted from time to time pursuant to the exercise of share options under the IFG Group Share Option Scheme 2000, IFG Group Share Option Scheme (UK) 2000, the IFG Group Share Option Scheme 2010 and the IFG Group Share Option Scheme (UK) 2010. Admission is expected to take place on 27 May 2014.
