IQE PLC18 January 2007 IQE plc 18 January 2007 IQE plc ('the Company') Additional Listing Application has today been made to the London Stock Exchange for 11,762 ordinaryshares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') to be admitted to tradingon AIM. These Ordinary Shares are being issued pursuant to the exercise of shareoptions by employees under the IQE Group Share Option Scheme. Admission of these Ordinary Shares is expected to become effective on 24 January2007. Following this issue the total number of ordinary shares of 1p in issue is430,044,489.
