Stream Group PLC13 July 2005 Stream Group Plc (the "Company") Application has today been made for 377,932 new ordinary shares to be admittedto trading on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchangepursuant to the exercise of options. The new shares have been allotted by theCompany, subject to admission, and will rank pari passu with the existingordinary shares in the Company, and trading is expected to commence on the 19July 2005.
