Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the London Stock Exchange plc for 6,144,975 ordinary shares of 10p each ("shares") to be admitted to the Official List.
The shares are being issued as follows:
4,607 shares as a result of the exercise of share options under the Land Securities Savings Related Share Option Scheme.
2,735,338 shares in respect of elections to participate in the Scrip Dividend Scheme in respect of the second interim dividend for the year ending 31 March 2010.
3,405,030 shares in respect of elections to participate in the Scrip Dividend Scheme in respect of the third interim dividend for the year ending 31 March 2010.
These shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares.
