Bango PLC13 January 2006 13 January 2006 Bango Plc Additional Listing Bango Plc announces that 4,008 new Ordinary Shares of 20p each ("New OrdinaryShares") have been issued and allotted following an exercise of employeeoptions. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the New OrdinaryShares, which will rank pari passu with the existing shares in issue, to beadmitted to trading on AIM, and admission is expected to become effective on 18January 2006. Following admission of the New Ordinary Shares, the total number of shares inissue will be 26,534,321 Ordinary Shares of 20p each.
