Management Consulting Group PLC03 October 2007 Management Consulting Group plc ("Company") Application has been made for the admission of an additional 4,156,054 ordinaryshares of 25p each in the capital of the Company to the Official List of the UKListing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange trading. Theshares, which have been issued pursuant to the acquisition of CBH Consulting,have been issued fully paid and rank pari passu in all respects with theexisting issued ordinary shares of the Company. It is expected that admissionwill occur on or around 5 October 2007. In conformity with the Transparency Directive, following admission of theseshares the Company's issued share capital will consist of 275,256,858 ordinaryshares with a nominal value of 25p each.
