European Goldfields Ltd03 February 2006 For Immediate Release 3 February 2006 European Goldfields Limited ("the Company") Additional Listing Application has today been made to the London Stock Exchange for 90,000 commonshares without par value in the Company to be admitted to trading on AIM. Thesecommon shares are being issued following the vesting of Restricted Share Unitsand the exercise of Share Options previously granted by the Company.
