Zotefoams PLC09 June 2005 Zotefoams plc Block Listing Application Zotefoams plc (the "Company") announces that it has made a block listingapplication to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for up to177,475 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to tradeon the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List uponissuance. The above-mentioned Ordinary Shares will be issued pursuant to theexercise of options under the Company's SAYE Share Scheme.
