Peel Hotels PLC06 June 2007 Peel Hotels plc ("the Company") Exercise of share options The Company announces that options to subscribe for 39,000 new ordinary shareshave been exercised by twelve employees of Peel Hotels plc. Application has been made for the 39,000 new ordinary shares issued inconnection with the exercise of share options to be admitted to AIM. It isexpected that admission will take place on 11th June 2007.
