SEGRO plc (the Company)
An application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange plc for a total of 1,300,000 ordinary shares of 10p each (Shares) to be admitted to the Official List.
These Shares are being reserved under a blocklisting and will be issued pursuant to the SEGRO plc Long Term Incentive Plan.
Admission of the Shares is expected on 27 April 2021.
These Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.
