Sutton Harbour Holdings PLC11 August 2005 Sutton Harbour Holdings plc ("the Company") Issue of Equity Sutton Harbour Holdings plc announces that it has issued and allotted 2,848shares following the exercise of options under the Company's SAYE scheme. Theoptions were exercised at an exercise price of 68p per ordinary share. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary sharesin the Company. Application has been made for the new ordinary shares to beadmitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on Tuesday 16August 2005.
