Additional Information on Director

Further to the Directorate Change announcement (RNS No. 2849O) released at 7.00am on 6 August 2014, the Company now understands that the underage children of Mr. John Banks, Non-executive Director, are beneficiaries under trust of 2,336,833 Manx Financial shares (2.29% of the Company's issued share capital) held in the name of Rene Nominees (IOM) Ltd in trust for Marquise Holdings Limited, a company registered in Gibraltar. Mr. Banks is not himself a beneficiary of the trust.

There are no further disclosures on Mr Banks as required under Schedule Two (g) (i)-(viii) o the AIM Rules.
