Block Listing Application
In connection with the announcement made on 28 March 2014 relating to options awarded under the 2014 Incentive Award Plan, Zytronic yesterday made an application to AIM for a block listing of 525,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each to be admitted to the AIM Market. The block listing for these shares is expected to become effective at 8:00 a.m. on 6 August 2014.
The share options do not vest until December 2016 and vesting is further subject to performance criteria linked to annual and cumulative profits up to 30 September 2016.
