Zytronic PLC23 April 2008 23 April 2008 ZYTRONIC PLC Exercise of Options Pursuant to the exercise of options under the Zytronic plc 2003 SharesaveScheme, Zytronic plc ("the Company") has allotted 11,944 ordinary shares of 1peach in the Company and has made application to the London Stock Exchange to beadmitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that dealings in thesenew ordinary shares will commence on Wednesday 30 April 2008. These new ordinaryshares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued Ordinary Sharesin the Company.
