Zotefoams PLC02 November 2005 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 2 November 2005 Zotefoams plc ("the Company") Trading update and announcement of termination of offer discussions The Board of Zotefoams is pleased to announce that, since the interim statementon 18 August 2005, trading has exceeded its expectations. Particularly pleasingis the growth of our recently launched ZOTEK(R) fluoropolymer foams with salesanticipated to exceed $1 million for 2005. The announcement made on 18 August 2005 also updated the market on the status ofdiscussions about a possible offer for the Company. The Board confirms thatdiscussions over a possible offer for the Company have now been terminated. Asa result, the Company is no longer engaged in any discussions regarding thepossibility of an offer for the Company and, accordingly, is no longer deemed tobe in an offer period for the purposes of the City Code on Takeovers andMergers. The Board intends to give a further trading update in mid-December prior to theCompany's year end.
