Total Voting Rights and Share Capital
In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R, the Company announces that as at 31 May 2018, the issued share capital of the Company consists of 48,301,234 ordinary shares of 5 pence each, with voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
