Directors' Shareholdings
On 20 December 2017, David Stirling, Group CEO, exercised his option under the Company's Approved Share Option Plan over 28,116 Ordinary Shares of 5p ('Shares') each in the capital of the Company at an exercise price of £1.067 per share. Mr Stirling sold all the Shares on 20 December 2017 at a price of £4.55 per share.
The Company was notified on 20 December 2017 that Mr Douglas Robertson, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, bought 5,416 Ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company on 20 December 2017 at a price of £4.59 per share.
Following this purchase, Mr Robertson is interested in 5,416 Ordinary Shares, representing just over 0.01% of the Company's issued share capital. Mr Stirling's shareholding remains unchanged.
