Zotefoams PLC26 November 2007 Zotefoams Plc ("the Company") Additional Listing Application has today been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London StockExchange for the additional listing of 459,793 ordinary shares of 5p each in theCompany ("Ordinary Shares") to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to beadmitted to the Official List upon issuance. The above mentioned Ordinary Shareswill be issued pursuant to the Company's Employee Benefit Trust. All of theOrdinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares ofthe Company.
