Publication of Annual Report, Notice of AGM and Directorate Change
Zoopla Property Group Plc (LSE:ZPLA) (the "Company") confirms that its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday 25 February 2016 at Zoopla Property Group Plc, Harlequin Building, 65 Southwark Street, London SE1 0HR.
A notice convening that meeting has today, along with the Annual Report for the year ended 30 September 2015, been posted to shareholders together with the proxy card. In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, a copy of these documents has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM. Copies of the Annual Report and the Notice of Annual General Meeting are available to view on the Company's corporate website at http://www.zpg.co.uk/investor
The Group also today announces that Stephen Morana has informed the Board of his intention to step down from his role as Chief Financial Officer. A succession plan to replace Stephen is well advanced and the Company plans to announce his successor in due course. Stephen will continue in his current role until his successor joins to ensure a smooth transition.
Alex Chesterman, Founder & CEO of Zoopla Property Group, said: "Stephen and I have worked closely together for almost three years. During this time he has played an important role as part of our leadership team and has shown huge personal commitment. He helped to prepare the Company for its life as a public company, culminating in our successful IPO in 2014. He has been an outstanding CFO and whilst we will be sad to see him move on, we understand his desire to pursue new opportunities and wish him every success in his future endeavours."

The Board is pleased with current trading and the Company will publish its next scheduled trading update with the AGM on the 25th February.
