ZPG PLC ACQUIRES EXPERT AGENT

Further enhancing mission to provide best-in-class offering to its partners

ZPG Plc (LSE:ZPG) ("ZPG") owner of some of the UK's most trusted home-related digital platforms including Zoopla, uSwitch, PrimeLocation, Hometrack and Property Software Group today announces that it has acquired Expert Agent, following the announcement on 31 January that ZPG was in negotiations on a potential further acquisition.

Established in 2003, Expert Agent was the first UK provider to take estate and letting agency software online and provides fully cloud-based software solutions and essential systems for the day-to-day management of inventory, marketing and communications for estate agents and lettings agents across the UK.

The acquisition of Expert Agent is part of ZPG's continuing mission to provide the most useful resources to and be the most effective partner for UK property professionals. Expert Agent has a strong track record and experienced management team with deep knowledge of UK property and software markets. Expert Agent will continue to operate as a standalone platform and brand and the team will become an integral part of the Property Services division of ZPG.
