ZOO Digital Group plc (LON: ZOO), a world-leading provider of cloud-based localisation and digital media services to the global entertainment industry, was informed on 3 December 2021 that on the 3 December Dr. Stuart Green, Chief Executive, sold 1,500,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 123.0 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the above transaction, Dr. Green holds 11,308,972 Ordinary Shares, representing 12.90% in the issued share capital of the Company.
