Zoo Digital Group PLC29 September 2006 For immediate release 29 September 2006 ZOO Digital Group plc ("ZOO" or the "Company") Board Changes The Company has made a number of changes to the structure of its board, whichwill take effect from 29th September 2006. As detailed in the circular posted to shareholders of the Company on 4 September2006, John Barnes has stepped down from the Board as Chairman and anon-executive director of the Company in order that he can pursue other businessinterests. Dr. Christopher Honeyborne (presently a Non-Executive Director of theCompany) will assume the role of Chairman of the Company. Helen Gilder has been appointed as Group Finance Director and Company Secretaryof the Company. Helen Gilder qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PKF inSeptember 1991 and has worked as Group Financial Controller for the Companysince 2000. Robert Deri (presently Finance Director of the Company) will remainon the Board as Executive Director responsible for corporate strategy. Matt Taylor has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the Company. Mattis a partner in Foresight Venture Partners and a non-executive director of 4AIM-quoted and private companies.
