CHANGE IN DIRECTOR CIRCUMSTANCES

ZOO Digital, the provider of software and software-led services for the filmed entertainment market, announces that it has been informed by Ian Stewart, non executive director of Zoo, pursuant to Schedule 2 (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies, that one of the other companies of which he is a director, Zushi Games Limited, has been placed in receivership.
