Zoo Digital Group PLC23 October 2007 ZOO Digital Group plc (the "Company") Blocklisting application Further to the announcement made on 31 August regarding a grant of options toits employees, the Board of ZOO Digital Group plc announces that an applicationhas been made to the London Stock Exchange for a block admission of up to amaximum of 2,265,416 ordinary shares of 15p each. The block admission relates to ordinary shares which will be allotted from timeto time in accordance with the exercise of options under the Company's ZOOEmployee Share Trust Limited and will rank pari passu with the existing ordinaryshares in issue. It is anticipated that the blocklisting application will begranted on 30 October 2007.
