AIM Rules Schedule 2(g) Notification
The following is being disclosed in accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
As was announced in her appointment as interim Chairman of Xpediator plc on 1 June 2022, ZOO Digital Chairman Gillian Wilmot was a director of Land of Leather Holdings plc from 1 July 2005 to 31 December 2008, following which it entered into administration on 12 January 2009 which resulted in all creditors being repaid in full.
Gillian Wilmot resigned as a director of Malachite 1 Limited, Malachite 2 Limited and Malachite 3 Limited, a collection of privately owned, private equity backed companies on 29 November 2007, (together the "Malachite Companies"). On 31 December 2007, administrators were appointed to the Malachite Companies which were subsequently dissolved in October 2009.
