AGM Statement

At ZOO's Annual General Meeting to be held later today, Roger Jeynes, Chairman, will make the following statement:

"As stated in the recent full year results the Company has made great progress over the past year in diversifying both its client base and revenue mix as well as reducing its exposure to the production of physical media. With the ability to deliver across all formats of digital content and increasing customer diversification, the Board believes that we have the right platform for sustainable growth and, as we look forward, are cautiously optimistic about our prospects.

"The Company will issue a further trading update in October for the six month period ended 30 September, prior to the release of its half year report."
