Update on Director Share Purchases
Zoetic International plc (LSE: ZOE), the London-listed vertically integrated CBD company, has been informed that the purchases by each of the directors, Trevor Taylor and Antonio Russo, of 500,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares"), as previously announced on 28 October 2020, have now been completed. Mr Taylor and Mr Russo now each hold 6,950,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to approximately 3.57 per cent of the currently issued Ordinary Shares.
The Company can also confirm that the re-assignment of options to Messrs Taylor and Russo, also announced on 28 October 2020, have also been completed.
