Director Declaration
Zinnwald Lithium plc, the European focused lithium company developing the integrated Zinnwald Lithium Project in Germany, has been notified by Jeremy Martin, Non-Executive Director of the Company, that Horizonte Minerals plc, a company of which he was a Director until 23 November 2023, entered administration on 16 May 2024.
This announcement is made in accordance with AIM Rule 17 and Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
